No more separate pages for each year. Here, all your expenses will be visible in one big database. This Budget Tracker is designed to be used over time, giving you an always up-to-date view of the current year and past years. Compare different years to see if you're spending your money more effectively, or check if you paid that speeding ticket at the right time.

Follow the 📌 tips to get familiar with the template. When you’ve gotten familiar with them, delete them for a cleaner view.

Last, add or edit the categories in the INs/OUTs database to better fit your life.

The INs/OUTs database contains all your income and expenses. When you have an expense, enter the amount with a - at the beginning. When you have income, enter the amount with no sign in front.

The monthly view shows the total of all income and expenses, and calculates whether you're saving something each month or if you're running at a loss.

Here you have a summary of your current year and past years.

Years

Each time you add a new year using the button below, you need to:

1. Rename the new year in the Years database.
2. Open the All view in the Months database and rename all the newly added months with the number of the new year.

This way, you can distinguish the different months by year in the IN’s/OUTs database.

If the months are not renamed, you won't be able to tell them apart and you might accidentally record expenses in the wrong year's month.
